Round Rock runs on large corporate campuses, big-box retail and destination hospitality — buildings with central plants and heavy rooftop loads. That is the work we are built for, about twenty minutes up the road from our shop.
Round Rock has a different building profile than most Austin suburbs. Large corporate campuses along the I-35 and SH-45 corridors mean central plants, chilled water loops and building automation rather than a handful of rooftop units. Destination hospitality brings enormous latent loads and dehumidification requirements that ordinary commercial equipment is not designed to hold. And the retail corridors around La Frontera, University Oaks and the outlet center run dense clusters of packaged rooftop equipment operating long hours.
That mix suits us. Central plant work — chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps and the hydronic piping that ties them together — is the capability most contractors our size subcontract out, and it is the reason facility managers in Williamson County call us rather than a residential company scaled up.
Round Rock also has a large institutional footprint: one of the biggest school districts in the state, multiple hospital and medical office campuses, and a university branch campus. Those buildings share a constraint — work has to happen without disrupting occupancy, which means phasing, night and weekend windows, and a contractor who shows up when the schedule says.

High-latent, high-occupancy venues where dehumidification and make-up air matter as much as tonnage.
In-line retail and pad sites across the I-35 corridor, running dense rooftop unit clusters on long operating hours.
Hospital campuses and MOBs where air change rates, pressure relationships and uptime are non-negotiable.
K–12 campuses and higher education buildings, with the summer-window phasing that occupied schools require.
Older industrial stock along Chisholm Trail and newer distribution space, where make-up air and ventilation carry the load.
Our shop sits in northwest Austin, roughly twenty minutes from most of Round Rock outside of rush hour. For emergency work, that proximity is the whole difference between a truck arriving inside the hour and a contractor dispatching from across the metro.
For scheduled work — preventive maintenance visits, equipment change-outs, project work — it means we can commit to windows and hold them, including the early-morning and after-hours slots that occupied buildings usually require.
We serve all of Round Rock including the I-35 corridor, SH-45 and Toll 45, La Frontera, University Oaks, Round Rock West, Forest Creek, Teravista, Chisholm Valley and the Old Settlers area, plus neighbouring Georgetown, Pflugerville and Hutto.
Yes, and it is a core capability rather than something we subcontract. Round Rock has more central plant equipment than most Austin suburbs because of its large corporate campuses and institutional buildings. We handle air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps and hydronic piping in house. See chiller repair and replacement.
Our shop is in northwest Austin, roughly twenty minutes from most Round Rock addresses outside peak traffic. True emergencies are dispatched immediately, same day. Routine service calls are scheduled into the queue rather than same-day, and preventive maintenance agreement customers are dispatched ahead of non-contract calls.
Yes, and for a lot of Round Rock work it is the only sensible approach. Schools, medical offices, retail and corporate campuses frequently need mechanical work done outside operating hours. We schedule those windows in advance and staff them properly rather than treating after-hours as an exception.
Tell us what is going on and we will get a technician or an estimator on it. For anything urgent, call — that is always the fastest path.
